James E. Fisher, President and Founder of Arlan SA, is responsible for corporate strategy, business development and investment research. Mr. Fisher has numerous years of experience in the fields of international oil trading, refining, real estate development, shipping and manufacturing. He has worked as Chief Executive Officer for a number of multinational corporations. Mr. Fisher has been the principle strategist for successful investments and trading activities in the areas of oil, gold and foreign exchange. He has been a primary advisor on asset management and business ventures. Mr. Fisher holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University with subsequent graduate studies at the University of Houston, Texas.

Mr. Kocher has worked, during the past 30 years, in Switzerland and abroad and has held numerous positions with various corporations, including Vice-President of Finance, Treasurer, Corporate Secretary and Board Member. He has in-depth knowledge of and experience in international business, corporate strategies and financial management. Jürg Kocher has worked in industries such as banking (UBS, Geneva), oil trading and refining (Petraco Oil and Refining Company in Milan, London and Houston), shipping and logistics (Stolt Nielsen ex-Hamburger Lloyd in Basel), manufacturing (ATAI in Saudi Arabia and the UAE) and information technologies (four start-up companies). He graduated from Swiss Mercantile College, having studied in the German and French parts of Switzerland as well as in London. Subsequently, during a four-year period, he followed advanced studies in accounting, finance and business economy at IMAKA and AKAD in Zürich.

Michael Leahy, Member of the Executive Team, is in charge of Business Development and Project Management. For the past twenty years, Michael Leahy has worked in various senior positions. He is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and has extensive experience in the areas of business consultancy, construction and manufacturing both in Europe and the Middle East. Currently, his main focus is on the development of business opportunities in the Gulf Region, the establishment of a diverse professional team as well as on the research of new ventures and markets in the region.

Nadia Davit, Financial Controller, is responsible for Accounting and Compliance. Ms Davit has a BS Degree in Business Management and Finance from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. Subsequently, during a four-year period, she attended courses for Chartered Accountants at "Chambre Fiduciaire Suisse". Ms Davit has 15 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, financial controls and management reporting.

Patrick Günther provides IT technology and security services. Mr. Günther is an IT Security Specialist. He has worked in several multinational companies in the capacity of Systems Administrator and Chief Technology Officer before setting up his own IT security consultancy in 2000. Mr. Günther graduated from the "Ecole d'Ingénieur" in Geneva and successfully completed the Information Systems Security Officer Certification of the University of Geneva in 2005.
Charles Foster provides corporate and legal services. Mr. Foster is a graduate of Queens' College, Cambridge and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. He is a consultant to Ince & Co, specialists in maritime, insurance and energy law as well as to a number of private overseas finance and investment companies. For more than ten years Mr. Foster was a senior equity partner and management committee executive of Sinclair, Roche & Temperley, London, serving mainly institutional clients and practising banking, securities and international finance law. In 1995 he started his own legal consultancy, Foster & Co.
