Arlan assists the Management of Arabian Thermal Aire Industries Company Limited (ATAI), a leading engineering and manufacturing group operating in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. ATAI produces air distribution and environmental control systems for the construction industry as well as general metal fabrication. The Board of Directors of ATAI, together with the Executive Management of Arlan, initiated the following strategic objectives which have been successfully implemented:
- Appointment of a new General Manager from within the company as well as the recruitment of additional highly-qualified sales and engineering personnel,
- Improved coverage of existing markets together with an expansion program of the company into several new geographical markets,
- Increase of production capacity with redesigned manufacturing methods and the construction of an additional modern factory,
- Complete overhaul of the product range by offering high-quality systems such as fire protection devices, noise absorption products and energy conservation products with computerized systems,
- Installation of a new software platform to improve operational efficiency and corporate transparency.
In less than two years, ATAI has doubled product turnover and corporate profits. New products manufactured by ATAI include a range of acoustic generator enclosures, noise control systems and acoustic surveys. The company has been awarded several prestigious projects, such as the supply of air conditioning ducts and accessories to the Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai, the only 7-star luxury hotel in the world.
